What is worth knowing?

I’m asking people to help me understand how distinctive work becomes visible and valuable. If you know my work, tell me what you believe I do and what you would trust me to accomplish. If you lead a business or a team within one, help me understand what gives an organization its character, what gets overlooked, and what would make an outside perspective genuinely useful.

Each survey takes only a few minutes. You can answer either one, or both. Thoughtful, candid answers are far more useful than compliments. You can participate without providing your name or email. If you volunteer an email address, it stays attached to your answers so I can follow up. Server logs may still contain technical visit data.
